Logistically convenient

The building is located near the main thoroughfares, bus and train stops and just a short walk away from the city centre. It’s a ten-minute drive away from Baltic Station, seven-minute drive from Tallinn Airport and only five-minute drive from the city centre.

Bus stops Veduri and Varre of 16 bus lines are in the quartal, with Kitseküla train stop also nearby. Tallinn city has said it wants to improve public transport connections in the fast-developing district. Based on the current information, by the beginning of 2022, new bus stops for new bus lines have been planned on Veerenni street, also near Veerenni 38b office building.

And by the way, in Veerenni quartal, you can hire scooters. Just download the Bolt app and then go ahead and enjoy bolting!

Parking

There are more than 300 parking spaces in Ring quartal, added by several outdoor parking lots near the business quartal.

Altogether 75 parking spaces are designed on Veerenni 38b premises (including free spaces for visitors of the building).

Available parking lots are:

on the sublevel of the building;
on the first floor of the building (street level);
near the building in locations indicated;

Visitor parking spaces
Visitors can easily park in front of the building free of charge.

Bicycle parking
The bicycle parking lot is designed at the main entrance and on the sublevel of the building.

Electric car charging
Electric car charging stations are located on the sublevel and in the parking lot of the first floor.

Eateries

There are several eateries in the vicinity: you can pick Ovaal Bistroo or Masinaruum Bistroo, Fair Food Deli or Lõunarestoran Mets, Grenka café, or Kohvik Kohalik.

In the new Veerenni quartal, you can walk along Pille street and enjoy your lunch at a street restaurant. It can be the newly opened sushi bar Silk, cafe Löwenruh, Fork Resto in Baltika quartal or kitchen-shop Raba, which offers Asian foods to eat on-site or as takeaway.

Sporting opportunities

Want to pamper your body and mind after work as an active lifestyle person? Muusikateraapia Keskus, group training sessions in Confido, 24/7 Fitness gym (as of May 2022) and pedestrian roads near the office building are waiting for you.

Tennis friends can also rejoice because the tennis club of Tallinn “Kalevi” is planning on building a new tennis hall on Herne 28 premises (just a 5-minute drive away from V38b office building). On the first floor of the new sports facility built in place of the old building and outdoor court, there are going to be a parking lot and service areas, and on the second floor, there are going to be 3 tennis courts.

Daycare

So that children could also spend time here and near us, while being safe and taken care of at the same time, two new day-cares were opened in the neighbouring housing quartal (Pille street 7/1 and 9/2).
